Delivery + Returns Information

UK Royal Mail standard second class shipping is free, orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days however during busy periods this may take up to a week. Second class postage takes between 2-3 days however the are some delays at the moment due to Covid.

If you’d like to return an order we are happy to do so if all the items are returned to us, we are not able to cover postage costs for returns. Please note if there are items missing eg. Bookmarks, stickers we will only be able to process a partial refund.

If you’ve received a book that you already own and would like to exchange it, you can do this by letting us know and returning the book to us. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your book box. Please include an order reference in any returns or exchanges.

You can manage your book subscription by going to and logging in. If you have not previously created an account you can click forgotten password and send a link to your email address. You will be able to access your subscription details by using the same email address than you signed up with. 

Once logged in you will be able to pause or cancel your subscription, as well as make any changes to your name or address. Once cancelled, your subscription will be cancelled instantly. If payment has already been taken for that month, you will still receive a box for that month. 

If you pause your subscription box, your subscription will be paused instantly. If a payment has already been taken for that month you’ll receive your subscription box for that month. 

At the moment due to issues posting overseas we only ship within the UK.
